This error occurs because the Device serial number you input is not correct. Log in to device, go to Config > Remote Config > Parameters Configuration > Device information and copy the device serial number in a Notepad file. Log in to DDNS Management System, click Device Management from the left and choose Add. Enter the Device aliases and serial number and click OK.
